During the pandemic, Ply Gem had aggressive goals for 2021. With customers moving towards a completely digital shopping experience, Ply Gem needed to adapt to changing digital-first behaviours. And it also needed a major boost in brand awareness and consideration with so many of its past marketing materials being more traditional and singularly focused.
In addition to improving its technical SEO and optimizing its Google Analytics, we developed a new creative strategy for Ply Gem – one bold enough to stand out in the market and adaptable enough to resonate with multiple audiences. Knowing Ply Gem offered both high-quality products and best-in class service (a rarity in its market), we positioned Ply Gem as the leading provider of exterior building solutions by highlighting its key points of differentiation: service, products and expertise.
Our digital-first approach allowed us to monitor, track and consistently optimize our campaign while attributing all results directly to our efforts. Beyond the enhanced website performance and majorly improved digital presence, the campaign was hugely successful.
