As Vice President of Customer Innovation, Shannon understands exactly how our clients interact with their customers – and knows how to make those interactions truly memorable. With over 15 years of experience, she’s inspired positive change for clients like Petro-Canada, Revera, Dörken Systems Inc. and Canadian Tire.

Shannon has also spent time as the Director of Marketing at the CFL, leading the strategic development and execution of some of the league’s biggest assignments. Prior to the gridiron, Shannon was the Manager of Events, Partnerships and Public Relations at Blue Mountain Resort/Intrawest, developing dynamic sponsorship and experiential platforms for companies such as TELUS, Pepsi, Volkswagen and Coors Light.
