Jan Kelley becomes Mitsubishi Motors Canada’s Brand & Retail Communications, and Media Buying & Planning AOR

March 23, 2021 – Burlington, ON – Jan Kelley is thrilled to announce our exciting new partnership with Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. (Mitsubishi Motors Canada). Following a robust agency review and RFP process, Mitsubishi Motors Canada chose Jan Kelley as its Brand and Retail Communications, and Media Buying and Planning AOR.

Coming off its third record-breaking year in a row, Mitsubishi Motors Canada was looking for an Agency Partner that could support its important growth objectives by increasing customer centricity, developing dynamic and relevant creative and making more data-driven decisions. Given the transformation ahead and Mitsubishi Motors Canada’s desire to be scrappy, nimble and agile, the benefits of combining Creative and Media Buying and Planning under one (virtual) roof quickly became evident. This resulted in Jan Kelley being awarded the Brand & Retail Communications, as well as Media Buying & Planning work.

In the first few months of the partnership, Jan Kelley and Mitsubishi Motors Canada have collaborated on the execution of a thorough Digital Assessment across channels and platforms, the development and implementation of a comprehensive Digital Strategy for key retail and brand campaigns, including a Fall “Factory Authorized Clearout” retail campaign, Spring lease & finance campaign, plus two highly anticipated launches for the 2022 Eclipse Cross and the all-new Outlander.
