We are proud to share that Jan Kelley has officially acquired Rainforest Digital, one of the first specialist search and social agencies in Canada to focus on Amazon Advertising solutions for vendors and sellers. This acquisition positions us to drive more results for clients by providing them with wider and deeper digital marketing services and solutions.
In order to help clients create more brand advocates, improve acquisition rates and increase customer retention, agencies must continually challenge the status quo. We began a transformation over five years ago to get ahead of changes in digital sales and marketing for our clients. We continue to invest in the areas that drive growth for our clients’ business and the acquisition of Rainforest Digital reflects that commitment.
As part of the acquisition, Josiah Shelley (formerly co-founder of Rainforest Digital) joins Jan Kelley as Vice President, Digital Strategy. Josiah started a mobile marketing SaaS company at age 19. The company provided a turn-key solution to enter the mobile space and shortly after landing a national retailer, he sold it. More recently, he co-founded Reach Digital, followed by Rainforest Digital in 2017.
Evan Tamblyn also joins the Jan Kelley team as Director, Demand Generation. Former Vice President of Growth and Marketing at Reach Digital and Co-founder of Rainforest, Evan brings with him extensive experience in acquiring and nurturing customers through the digital marketing journey.
This comes only a few short weeks after the appointment of the following team members to Jan Kelley’s Digital Marketing Team:
Graham Newbigging, Director, Digital Solutions. More than two decades working at both global enterprise firms (such as SapientRazorfish) and boutique agencies (such as Fuse Marketing Group) have provided Graham the agile experience needed to craft effective digital strategies and solutions for our clients. Graham’s experience in web, mobile, IT and app development stretches across a number of industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing, government, healthcare, education and retail. At Jan Kelley, Graham helps us deliver true innovation through the implementation of disruptive tech projects.
Meaghan Taylor, Coordinator, Digital Marketing. With a passion for brand marketing and digital strategy, Meaghan combines her analytical, communication and brand marketing skills to serve Jan Kelley’s B2B clients. Meaghan incorporates innovative digital strategies and the latest technological advancements to challenge clients’ current digital marketing strategies. Meaghan recently completed her Master’s in Digital Media at Ryerson.
