Challenge
LifeSpeak had already made impressive gains in the Canadian market but was now looking to expand its US presence; the company needed a hard-working website to generate leads.
Empowering the people.
The LifeSpeak platform gives employees remote access to leading experts in mental health, family relationships and physical and financial well-being. But its current website didn’t provide a simple way for HR leaders to learn about this unique offering. We needed to clearly communicate the uniqueness of the platform with a website that would empower its visitors to absorb the content – and take action.
A seamless experience.
Many HR professionals rely on their existing benefits provider for wellness services. And, as a result, they often have little understanding of this unique corporate wellness offering and how it works. This required a web experience that made it easy to understand precisely what the LifeSpeak platform offered and how their organization could benefit. The process from learning about LifeSpeak to booking a free demo to reaching a salesperson had to be barrier free.

Results that speak for themselves.
Bringing intuitive UX design and a targeted content strategy together, a new, modern website was developed. The new site allowed visitors to better understand LifeSpeak’s one-of-a-kind platform and clear next steps helped to drive new leads. Overall, every reporting metric saw massive growth. Traffic increased by 120% (including from the U.S.), form submissions improved by 550% and we saw a 333% uptick in media inquiries.
